Mmm! July is absolutely THE perfect month to start your Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) journey, if you haven’t already.
It’s an absolute feast of nutrition, flavor and variety. ♥
In my opinion, some of the most delicious produce is in season during this month – berries, tropical fruits, fresh greens, cucumbers and so much more! And thanks to Pinterest, there’s a never ending supply of amazing recipes. I’ve even gathered a few to get you started. Of course, they’re all Paleo (AIP is just a bit more strict than Paleo) and Whole30 compliant as well. If you want, drop any others you recommend in the comments section – I love recommendations!
*And don’t forget, in season produce = what you’ll find at a cheaper cost at your local grocery store. Win win!
