Anyone else ready for Spring?! March is finally here and with it comes all sorts of yummy produce. And my 30th birthday. It’s taken me a while, like a couple years, to be okay with entering another decade but now that it’s here, bring it on! 😀

When buying healthy fruits and vegetables in season, you’re not only getting the most delicious flavor but you’re also getting the best price!

So, in order to help you hit that lottery on a more consistent basis, once per month I’ll post what produce items to be on the look out for. Hopefully this helps you stick within your budget but also discover new items you wouldn’t otherwise try.

Bonus Tip: Don’t forget to take a peak at the sale circular of your local grocery store before heading out to shop!

If you’re Keto, note that I’ve put an * next to all the low carb options (At or less than 5g per 100g, after subtracting fiber).
