AIP Meal Plan: 2/25/19 - 3/3/19 (Broccoli Cheese Soup + More!)

Ya’ll, Broccoli Cheese Soup is on the menu this week.

And just in time too because we had yet another mini blizzard last night that covered everything in a blanket of snow. Good news is it’s starting to melt off already. I NEED Spring. Raise your hand if you’re suffering from winter blues!!

I know this isn’t food related (it falls into the AIP lifestyle category) but I’ve decided to add a few things into my beauty routine (and habit tracker) lately. First, I’ve begun regularly dry brushing. This was something I did consistently a while back but decided to start up again. Second, I’m using hair and face oils by Cypress SkinCare and it seems to be going well for me. I’ll be doing a review on those products soon. I’ve already noticed a considerable difference in wrinkles!

Going forward, I’ll assume folks know my basic meal plan + prep concepts so I’ll only be discussing my latest meal plan as well as updates on how the week prior went for me. Typically, I have two recipes picked out for breakfast, two for lunch and two for dinner and will just alternate them all.

My AIP Meal Plan: 2/25/19 – 3/3/19…

Breakfast:

  1. Instant Farina
  2. Sweet Potato Bacon Bars

Lunch:

  1. Broccoli Cheese Soup (I blended the broccoli too)
  2. Zuppa Toscana

**I reeeeally enjoy soups for lunch because they’re easy to store in pint size mason jars (with the white plastic lids), grab for work and heat up quickly. Very simple, portable yet totally packed full of nutrition.

Snack:

  1. Honey “Nut” Granola + CoYo
  2. Kiwa Chips + Wholly Chunky Guacamole Minis

Dinner:

  1. Pork & Basil Meatballs + Mashed Sweet Potatoes
  2. Rotisserie Chicken* + Asparagus with Lemon Herb Sauce

**It doesn’t get any easier than buying a rotisserie chicken ready to go. Since everything else is made from scratch, buying one is always on my list! It keeps me from getting burned out on cooking. 🙂 (Always check ingredients!)
